Epson WorkForce M105 is designed as a monochrome inkjet printer for small to medium businesses. It could be considered a more efficient tool in terms of operational costs and a more reliable device. The built-in ink tank system is far more advantageous in terms of the running costs of the M105, and it reduces the price per page substantially when ink cartridges are used, which would permanently increase the costs of the printing process. Its installation is easy, based on a contrast to vivid, colorful menus or countless buttons, which is beneficial for a fast office pace. Wi-Fi connectivity is a significant benefit, making it great to ensure that the printer is used conveniently by more than one user and is used with a condition without cable constraints. Operatively, there should be no doubts about M105; it does an excellent job of providing sound output from text, while the color output for some graphs or charts used for the internal paperwork would be more than enough but not sufficient for high-definition images and complex graphics – the M105 is primarily a text printer, in which it is reliable.
The M105 is more advantageous for productivity, given its Wi-Fi connectivity, especially compared to the Epson WorkForce M100. I prefer a wireless-enabled printer, as it is very efficient to use smartphones and tablets when it is allowed. As for productivity, both M105 and M100 will do an excellent job of cutting operational costs, but with a slight advantage of M105. The Epson WorkForce M105 is an efficient and potentially cost-effective printer that will work great for a small or medium business because of its wireless capabilities.
